Hi!
I’m Tosin and I’m a digital illustrator and comic artist based in the UK. I’m a digital artist and illustrator based in the UK. I’ve been drawing for as long as I’ve been able to hold a pencil. I draw all sorts of things, but there’s nothing more that I love drawing more than people. In the three and a half years I’ve been working professionally, I’ve done several book covers, been a featured artist for Adidas, as well as highlighted as a then unsigned artist in BBH London, a prominent advertising agency in England. I’ve been commissioned to do work by Superdrug, Channel 4, Direct Line, the Tate Collective, as well as various charities in the UK and abroad. I’m a completely self-taught digital artist, meaning that all my skill and craft has come from me taking myself away and teaching myself to illustrate – from portrait art, character work and environments to learning skills like colour theory, human anatomy, perspective and composition.

Through artistic study and practice, you’ll have learned how to identify certain aspects of your artwork to better execute your goals, including portrait and body anatomy, form, proportion, stylisation and more!

Through studying value and colour theory, you’ll learn how to create harmonious colour palettes, create vibrant portraits and incorporate value in your artwork to better demonstrate your knowledge of form!
You’ll be able to create character portraits
You’ll not only learn how to place facial features accurately, but understand the reason why forms come together the way they do. Through understanding the rules of portrait anatomy, you’ll be able to ‘break’ them, creating your own unique stylised portraits!
COURSE CONTENT:
The course has 10 modules of 9+ hours of learning and practicing. You can pause and replay the videos as much as you want. The course is suitable for everyone, teens, adults, and children because there is no explicit content. It would be best to take the course in order, because it will start from the basics to lessons at a more advanced level.
